Privacy policy

The short version: we ask for what we need to quote your job, we use it to quote your job, and that is the end of it. Here is the longer version in plain English.

What the quote form collects

If you fill out the form on the contact page we get four things: your name, your phone number, the service you picked from the list, and whatever you typed in the message box. The message box is optional and you can leave it empty. The form also carries one hidden field that is always blank for a real person. It is there to catch spam bots, and it never holds anything you typed.

What we do with it

We use it to get back to you about your quote, and to do the work if you hire us. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never rent it, trade it, or hand it to a marketing company. Nobody outside the people answering your quote sees it.

When you call us

Your number shows up on the phone the way it does on any call, and your carrier keeps its normal call logs. Those records belong to the phone company, not to us.

This website

No ad trackers, no advertising cookies, no pixels following you to the next site. We use Plausible for a simple count of how many people looked at which page. It is cookieless, it does not build a profile of you, and it cannot tell us who you are. The fonts are served from this site rather than a font company, so your visit is not reported to one.

Getting your information removed

Call (336) 940-4177 and ask us to delete what we have. We will. You do not need to give a reason.

Changes

If any of this changes, we update this page and the date on it.
