Twenty seven years in this trade, and I still knock on the door myself. I started A1 in 2016 so folks around Davie County would have one number to call and one man to hold responsible, and nothing about that has changed since.
It is a family operation. My son and me. The two people who show up at your house are the two people you talked to on the phone, and there is no third crew running around the county with our name on it. We do not put subcontractors on your property, ever. That is not a policy I wrote for a website, it is the reason I keep this business small enough to stay good at it.
That tagline is not marketing talk to me. “We don't wash your house, we detail it!” is the difference between rinsing a wall down and actually cleaning a house: the soffits, the trim, the shutters, the window sills, the corner of the porch nobody looks at until it is the only dirty spot left. If I would not call it finished at my own place, it does not get called finished at yours.
Most of what we do is a soft wash. Low pressure and the right cleaner, because the green on your siding is alive and blasting it only moves it around for a few weeks. Driveways are the exception. Concrete can take the pressure and it needs it. Knowing which one you are looking at is most of what twenty seven years buys you.
